"Shipping was actually reasonable"
I was expecting the shipping to cost more, but it ended up being fair. Nice surprise, though I was weirdly prepared to be annoyed about it...

"Got here sooner than I thought"
The package showed up earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Something about it just made the whole order feel easy.

"Tracking was reliable for me"
I’ve used Canada Post tracking for a couple of packages now, and it was mostly accurate. One update seemed to show up a little late, I think, but the delivery date ended up being right and I usually had a decent idea of where my parcel was. It’s not perfect, but compared to just waiting and wondering... yeah, I’d say it was good enough.

"I guess it’s popular, but not for me"
Maybe the long line means they’re doing something right, but my experience wasn’t great. The wait felt way too long, and the staff came across rude when I finally got to the front. I really wanted to like it, but I don’t see myself going back.

"Delivery hiccup, but support fixed it fast"
My parcel got missed somehow, which was a bit annoying since I was waiting around for it. I guess these things happen, but still, not ideal. Support got back to me quickly though, and the person I spoke with explained what I needed to do. It wasn’t totally seamless, but my package showed up the next day, so I can’t complain too much.
